Flintstone, MD – Patricia Ann Self, 85, of Flintstone, MD, passed away Friday, January 14, 2022, at Cumberland Healthcare Center. Born June 29, 1936, in Keyser, WV, Miss Self was the daughter of the late Alvin Frank Self and Helen Ruth (Somerville) Self. She was also preceded in death by a brother: Francis L. Self; a sister: Betty Lou Williams; and an infant sister. A homemaker, Patricia was a member of the Glendale Church of the Brethren. She is survived by her brothers: Russell Self; and Carl Self and wife, Helen, her sister: Goldie Clites and husband, Clarence; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Due to Covid, no services are planned at this time. Interment will be in Glendale Cemetery at a later date.
