Paul D. Mueller

Paul D. Mueller, 68, of St. Anna, died at home January 7, 2022, due to COVID related Pneumonia. He was born in Kewaunee County on June 3, 1953, son of late Mary F. (Barrette) Mueller Olszewski and John G. Mueller. Paul attended New Holstein Schools, graduating in 1971. On May 28, 1977, Paul married the love of his life, Annie (Agnes Ann) Pickart at St. John the Baptist Church in Johnsburg; enjoying 44 1/2 years of marital bliss. Together they owned and operated Rainbow’s End Dairy, St. Cloud for twenty years. He also worked various jobs in the area, currently wrote the weekly outdoors column in the Tri-County News, and a salesman for Sunnyview Storage Sheds. He was a member of the Plymouth Bird and Nature Club, participated in many “Citizen Scientist Projects” for various wildlife studies, and he loved to listen to Polka music. Survivors include his wife Annie and three beautiful daughters: Angie and Tim Feider, New Holstein, Jenny Mueller and special friend Chad Goebel, Kiel, Lucy Mueller and Mittens (Psycho Cat as Paul called her), Elkhart Lake; three amazing granddaughters, Lilly Feider and special friend Jerod Laudolff, Vicki Feider and special friend Weston Reedy, and Abby Feider; one special grandson, Garet Feider. Paul is further survived by his brothers, Patrick Mueller and special friend Carol of Pembine, Mark and Angie Mueller, Kiel, Mike and Sue Mueller, Viola, WI, Bob and Deneen Mueller, New Holstein, Tom and Veronica Mueller, Elkhart Lake; sister, Mary Dugan, New Holstein; step-father, Roger Olszewski, New Holstein; step-sister, Doreen and Paul Balazs, New Holstein; sisters-in-law, Katie and Mike Weber, Chilton, Joanie and Don Langenfeld, Hartford, WI, and Rosie and Bernie Petrie, Malone; brother-in-Law, Jim and Linda Pickart, Mt Calvary; uncle, Jack Barrette, Green Bay; aunt, Fran and Jerry Murray, Tigerton; also nieces and great nieces; nephews and great nephews; along with many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Jim and Christine Mueller and John Mueller; uncle, Paul and Karen Barrette; his father-in-law & mother-in-law, Gregor & Lorraine Pickart; and many hunting buddies and special friends. Paul’s notable quotes/sayings: “Great”, “Remember the good stuff”, “Saved the best for last”, “It’s been a good ride”, “Job Well Done!” A Celebration of Life will be held for Paul on June 3, 2022, at the Nest, from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
