It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Henry Harris of Fortune announces his passing. Henry passed away at the Dr. S. Beckley Health Care Centre in Grand Bank on Friday, January 7th, 2022, at the age of 76. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his wife of 54 years ,Blanche; sons, Terry Harris (Yvonne) of Winnipeg, Dennis Harris of Grand Bank; daughter, Michele Gauthier (Phil) of Winnipeg; sister, Edna Piercey (Clarence); brother, Lindsay Harris (Louise); 5 grandchildren, Casey, Brittany, Destiny, Joey, Brianna; 3 great-grandchildren, Keenan, Emma, Layla; sisters in law, Joan Collier (Barry), Lorriena Allison (Dave); brothers in law, Carl Bungay (Ethel), Merrill Bungay (Cecilia), Wayne Bungay (Debbie), Lorne Bungay (Jackie); plus a large circle of extended family and friends. Henry was predeceased by parents, Moses and Martha Harris; brothers, James, Isaac, Robert, Rex; sister, Blanche Moss; parents in law, Kenneth and Elsie Bungay; brothers in law, Roy Bungay, Kevin Bungay.

The Harris Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman's Funeral Home, Fortune NL, on Sunday, January 9th, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Sunday, January 9th, 2022 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral service will take place at Grand Bank Salvation Army on Monday, January 10th, 2022 at 2:00 pm.

Interment to follow at Salvation Army Cemetery. In Henry's memory donations may be made to to the family, or flowers gratefully accepted.
