Frances June Webb, 80, of Salem passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021 at United Hospital Center. She was born on June 3, 1941 in Salem, the daughter of the late Clarence Odis and Ethel Beatrice Murphy Lewis.

Frances worked at Harvey Glass Industries for seventeen years and retired from Kroger’s as a cashier with twenty-two years of service. She was a member of Summit Park Baptist Church and Enon Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Order of Eastern Star Queen Esther Chapter 11 in Bridgeport. Frances was an excellent homemaker and enjoyed collecting glass shoes and slippers.

Frances is survived by her husband of over fifty-one years, William “Bill” Howard Webb whom she married on August 12, 1970; one daughter, Kimberly Miller and companion Mark Squires, Salem; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by brothers, Kenneth Lewis, Argyle “Gene” Lewis, Ernest “Buck” Lewis, Jimmy Lee Lewis, Orville Lewis, Sherman Lewis; sister, Ruby Mayle; four siblings in infancy, Ralph, Matthew, Thomas, and Jeanetta Lewis.

Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home- Salem, 1999 W Main Street Salem, WV 26426, on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 2:00PM until time of the Funeral Service at 7:00PM with Pastor Rick Owens officiating.
