Sherri Geddings Hartwell, Georgia Obituary

Sherri Geddings

Ms. Sherri L. Geddings, age 60 of Hartwell, Ga., passed away peacefully on December 26, 2021. After graduating from Hart County High School, Sherri attended the Northeast Georgia School of Practical Nursing School, based out of Hart County Hospital as an LPN. Sherri worked at BJC Hospital in Commerce and then later worked in the restaurant business Sherri’s motto was “To do something nice every day for someone”. That may have been cooking and delivering food to others, buying an item needed for another, seeing an item shopping that reminded her of someone and then dropping it by their home. Sherri was a wonderful friend to all she met, was easy to get to know and they would feel like they had known her forever. She loved her girlfriends and the wonderful times spent with them. Sherri ALWAYS looked like a million bucks, including her signature red lipstick. For those who knew Sherri knew they had a friend for life. She gave all she had to others unconditionally. Just a few of Sherri’s fabulous qualities from her friends: Sweetest, Generous, Uplifting, Giving, Witty, A Vivacious Laugh, A Pure Heart and Happy Spirit. She loved her fur babies, especially Norton and all animals. Sherri loved her “Junkin” , thrift store shopping and was the yard sale queen. Sherri was of The Baptist Faith and knew God as her Lord and Savior. All who knew Sherri are blessed beyond measure and she will be cherished forever. At her request, Sherri was cremated and no formal service will be held at this time. Arrangements are under the care of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
