Frances L. Francisco, 89, of Scottsbluff, NE passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff. Her funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Monday, December 13, 2021 at Jones Mortuary in Mitchell, NE with Pastor Rick Reisig officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Morrill, NE. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 PM on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at Jones Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to be designated at a later date. Services will be livestreamed on Bridgman Funeral Home Facebook page. Online condolences may be left at www.jones-mortuary.com. Frances was born July 10, 1932 in Lyman, NE to Jake and Marie (Aden) Lissman. She attended school in Lyman and Huntly, WY. She married Robert Francisco January 27, 1954 and together they had 2 kids, Tim and Kathy. The couple moved to California in 1955 where she worked at Elgin Electronics and JanTzen Inc. They moved back to Lyman in 1975 where she then worked at Farmers State Bank for seven years. She dearly loved her grandchildren and spent as much time as possible with them. Frances is survived by her son Tim (Barbara); grandchildren Cassie, Colten “CJ” (Sarah) & Josh; great grandchildren Jolene, Jacob, Lillian & Robert Francisco; step grandchildren Jace, Cailin and Indie Demeranville; sister Edna Hort; many Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Robert; daughter Kathy; brothers John, Earl, George and Albert and her sisters Ella Hood and Irene Weinmaster.
