Martha "Marty" A. Danbury

Martha A. Danbury, 75, of Hamilton, passed away surrounded by family on Friday, December 3, 2021, at Capital Health Medical Center in Hopewell NJ. Born in Trenton, Marty graduated from the original Steinert High School. She was a beloved sister, aunt, mom, gramma and homemaker. Her family was her everything and she always put them before herself, even in her final moments. For several years, Marty helped coach softball for HTRBA and Grove Plumbing, as well as gymnastics at Mercer Gymnastics. She also taught acrobatics and dance for many years at Mary Ann’s Dance Academy, and then started her own little business, “The Dance Cellar”. She was an avid lover of all animals, especially her own. Marty also loved reading romance novels, watching the Hallmark Channel and true crime shows, any movie with Gene Kelly, and listening to music - one of her favorite artists was Barry Manilow. She was a collector of anything to do with koala bears, shelties and squirrels. She will forever be known as “The Kool Aid Mom” of Soloff Drive. Marty was a unique person loved by everyone who crossed her path. Predeceased by her parents, Marvin and Florence Grove and her sister, Lynn Whitehouse; she is survived by daughters, Mikie Matias and Kelly Leili; her grandchildren, Cristopher and Angelia Bogdol, Courtney Fox and her husband, Andrew, and Tyler Leili; her great-grandchildren, Cadence and Hunter Fox and Axl and Layla Bogdol; and her several nieces and nephews. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ.
