MILLS, Maxine L. (Lund-Allen) – of Birch Run, age 92, passed away surrounded by love on Tuesday, December 7, 2021. Funeral services will be held 10AM Saturday, December 11, 2021, at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Pastor Dan Shinabarger officiating. Burial to follow in Montrose Township Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Friday from 3PM until 8PM, and Saturday from 9AM until the time of service at 10AM. Maxine was born November 14, 1929, and resided in Clio Michigan. She was a loving wife, adored mother, grandmother and treasured by all who knew her. Maxine is survived by: Devoted husband, Kenneth Mills, since June 26, 2006; Adoring daughters: Linda Ranger, Rita (Charlie) Massey, Tina (Bill) Callahan, and Della (Jim) McArthur, 7 grandchildren and their spouses; 15 great grandchildren; 1 very special Grandpuppy, Charlotte; Many nieces, nephews, other loving family members, special caregivers, and friends. Maxine was preceded in death by her loving husband of 43 years, Jack Allen in 1993; Infant son, Victor; Grandson, Justin Thornburg; Son in law, Bobby Ranger; Sister, Shirley Jones; Brother, Russell Lund, and many other loved ones waiting to welcome her home.
