Gastonia, North Carolina Rosalyn Johnson Teal, 88, of Gastonia passed away December 5, 2021 at Brookdale Robinwood Nursing Home. She was born June 1, 1933 in Monroe County, Georgia, a daughter of the late Charlie Samuel Johnson and Frances Lane Johnson. Rosalyn devoted her life to making a home filled with love for her husband of 35 years and daughter. Originally, she was a native of Forsyth, Georgia and eventually moved to Macon, where she was a member of Mikado Baptist Church for over 50 years. Rosalyn's survivors include her daughter, Lisa Teal, of Reidsville, NC. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her husband, Ralph Edward Teal, four brothers and one sister.
