Mark James Ollom 60 of Bridgeport, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at home.

He was born Oct 2, 1961 in Bellaire, OH, son of Carol (Isaly) Ollom of Powhatan Point, OH and the late James (Jim) Ollom.

Mark was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather and brother.

He graduated from Beallsville High School in 1979. He also studied welding at Swiss Hills Vo-Tech Center.

He was a Superintendent for MEC Construction for thirty-four years. He also worked for Ron Lane Construction and Bear Contracting.

Mark loved to hunt.

Mark is survived by his loving wife of twenty years, MaryAnn; two children, Jeremy Ollom and wife Twila of Salem, Tamara Ollom and fiancé, Matt Kirk of Charleston, WV; four grandchildren, Jackson and Emma Ollom, Harrison and Ledger Kirk; sister, Deb Gieser and husband Sam of Zelienople, PA; brother, Bryan Ollom and wife Debbie of St. Clairsville, OH

At Mark’s request there will be no visitation or funeral. The family is planning a private memorial / celebration of life at a later date. His ashes will be scattered where he loved to hunt, at his farm in West Virginia and Belmont County OH.
