<p>Juan Hernández Carbajal, 70, of Fort Wayne died December 3, 2021, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN. Juan was born March 30, 1951, in Zapotlanejo, Jalisco, México. He was a member of Saint Patrick Catholic Church Fort Wayne. Juan was a soccer referee for many years, for leagues here in FW. He enjoyed traveling. Juan is survived by his two brothers and one sister: Rev. Camilo Hernández Carbajal, Andrés, and Carmelita. Many nephews, and nieces in the US and in México. Juan was preceded in death by his father, Eulogio Hernández Carmona; Mother María de Jesús Carbajal Landeros, and brother, Obdulio Hernández Carbajal. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00am, Saturday, December 11, 2021, at Saint Patrick Catholic Church Fort Wayne, 2120 S. Harrison St. with calling one hour prior.
