Mary Kathryn Kubacki West Reading, Pennsylvania Obituary

Mary Kathryn Kubacki

Mary “Mimi” K. Kubacki, 65, passed away on November 30, 2021, in her Reading residence. She was the widow of Donald J. Kubacki, who passed away in 1991. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Gertrude (Edinger) Ehrgood. Mary could be found watching her True Crime shows or Law and Order while drinking her Clover Farms Icy Tea and yelling at the TV. Everyone who knew her knows she was a spitfire with an attitude to back it up. Mimi was a strict mother, but despite that, her children and all children around her adored her and always felt safe and loved. Mary had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone even if she shouldn't have. She forgave easily, loved fiercely, and was very protective of her loved ones, especially her babies. Left to treasure Mimi's memory are her five children: Jacquelyn Kubacki, Kyle Kubacki, Shaun Kubacki, Steve Kubacki (Kristin), and Richcinda Winters, all of Reading; twelve grandchildren: Sianna Kubacki, Valentino Nunez, Mila Kubacki, Caliahna Hunter, Shaun Kubacki Jr., Aviahna Kubacki, Nicholas Kubacki, Marquel Kubacki, Jovon Winters (Sararose), Richie Winters, Shawn Winters, and Shati Winters; great grandchildren, Carter and Kayden Kubacki; Shay, Shiren, Ajay, Faith, Maszi, Vona, Da'mosie, Mir'rikk, and Jaliyah Winters. She is also survived by seven siblings: Trudy, Albert, Sonny, Nancy, Carol, Mickey, and Jackie. In addition to her parents and her husband, Mimi was preceded by her grandchild Kameron Kubacki, and her siblings, Susan, Samuel H. Jr., and Kathleen. Friends and family are invited to gather on Monday, December 6, 2021, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc, 739 Penn Ave, West Reading. Remarks will be delivered at 12:30 p.m. with committal to follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park, 390 W Neversink Road, Reading PA 19606. In honor of Mimi, guests are invited to wear purple, her favorite color. Contributions in Mimi's memory may be offered to the American Cancer Society at cancer.org or at P.O. Box 22478 Oklahoma City, OK 73123. Condolences may be expressed at kuhnfuneralhomes.com.
