Alan Allen, age 73, of Surprise AZ, passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 with his family by his side.

He attended Madelia High School where he was active in sports and then furthered his education at South Dakota State University on a football scholarship. On October 1, 1982 he married Rhonda Cramer in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Alan started his career as a cable lineman and retired as the owner of a construction company.   

He enjoyed spending time with his wife riding motorcycles and attending AZ Coyotes hockey games as a longtime season ticket holder.  His hobbies included hunting, fishing, golfing, camping and spending time with family and friends. He especially loved spending time with his grandkids.  

Alan is survived by his loving spouse of 39 years, Rhonda; 4 children, Margie (Ben) Putnam, Deb Quiroz, Travis (Jordan) Pierce, Adam (Andi) Pierce; 3 siblings, Ric, Wayne and Larry; 12 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild, and many other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
