Alice (Motta) Silva, 91 of Hope Street, passed away on December 1, 2021 at Berkshire Place.  She was the wife of the late Louis Manuel Silva.  

Born in Bristol, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Moitosa) Motta.  She was the mother of Donna Reed (the late Agosto “Gus”) of North Providence and sister of Joseph Motta of Barrington.  She was also the sister of the late Elsie Goulart and Evelyn Pimental.

Mrs. Silva was educated in Bristol and employed by the former Mary Ann’s Gift Shop and Sunset Bakery before retiring.
