Philip W. “Always seen with Linda” Preston passed away at Harford Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, December 1. He was 81. Born in Havre de Grace, MD he was the son of the late Victor and Carrie (Estes) Preston. A member of Oak Grove Baptist Church, Mr. Preston worked for the MD Toll Facilities for over 36 years. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Linda (Price) Preston; daughter Karen Ferrara and her husband John of Havre de Grace; sister Janet Childress, six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and one on the way. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his son, Brian Preston in 2014. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 7 from 10am-11am at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home where a funeral service will begin at 11:00am. Interment will be in Bel Air Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Dan Preston, Nicholas Ferrara, Randy Childress, Keith Childress, Michael Childress and Jesse Holloway. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be, Nolan Gallion, Dave Yoakum, Matt Fodel and Vic Preston.
