Patricia Bahen Sylvia

REEDVILLE - Patricia Bahen Sylvia, 84, Reedville, formerly of Richmond Virginia, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021. Patsy loved her family, friends, her dog Parker, tennis, bridge, mahjong, and flower arranging. She was a volunteer at the Reedville Fishermen’s Museum. Patsy was an active member of the Chesapeake Bay Garden Club since 1995. She was a much-loved member of the Northern Neck community who touched many lives in a positive way and will be missed. Patsy is survived by her husband of 62 years Percy “Buddy” Sylvia; daughters Brenda Sylvia, Sharon Sylvia, and Carol Lee Sylvia Bell (BI); Jan Patterson, whom she loved like a daughter; granddaughters Karen Farmer (Mike), Montana Bowman and step-grandson Tyler Bell; brother Joe Bahen and sister-in-law Carolyn; beloved nieces and nephews; extended family; and many close friends. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 11, at 11 a. m. at the Saint Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 154 East Church St., Kilmarnock, VA 22482. The service will be followed by a reception at the church hall across the street.
