Jordan Scott Carter, 28, of Bellaire, passed away, Tuesday, November 30, 2021, in his residence. He was born on February 2, 1993, in Wheeling a son of Darius Savage and Misty (Carter) Beard. He graduated from St. Clairsville High School, class of 2011, loved music and spending time with his family and friends.

Jordan is survived by his mother and dad, Misty, and Sylvester Beard; father, Darius Savage; loving girlfriend, Oliva Gilli; two sons, Lyric, and London Carter; two brothers, Darius Savage and Quar-Javious Williams; a sister, Salajia Clark; paternal grandmothers, Sharon Savage and Gloria Beard; a special uncle, George (Rachel) Carter and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, George and Martha Carter Sr, and a paternal grandfather, Craig Cunningham.

Friends may call Saturday from 11 am -1 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 pm in the funeral home with Reverend Charles Dunn officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
