Kathryn Paulette England Galloway, 77, passed away at her home in Houlka on Sunday, November 28, 2021. Born October 20, 1944, in Grenada, she was the daughter of the late David Allen England and the late Mary Christine Simmons England Hamby. She attended Grenada High School and was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church of Houlka. In 1967, she married Bobby Galloway, and they have spent 54 wonderful years together. She was retired after many years of self-employment as a beautician and owning a Beauty Salon in Grenada.
She loved her flowers, and was a wonderful cook. In her free time she loved to be playing cards, especially Rook. Above all, her family meant the most to her, and her memory will be cherished forever in their hearts.
A private Memorial Service will be held at a later time.
She leaves behind husband, Bobby Galloway; son, Mickeal Galloway of Houlka; daughter, Christi Crabb of Houlka; brother, Robert England of Slidell, LA; grandchildren, Dalton Collums, Brody Collums, Ryan Sparks, James Crabb, Rye Hargett, and Haze Hargett.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Davine White and Jeanette Prothro.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, or to the charity of choice.
