<p>Lisa A. Hoffman, 55, of Minonk, IL passed away on November 27, 2021. She was born on June 17, 1966 the daughter of Sherry Schleicher and Richard Swain. Lisa was a fighter and always seemed to overcome obstacles and challenges that faced her. She was a lover of all animals. She worked as a dog walker, sitter, and foster mom. She was very social and loved meeting new people, making new friends, was passionate about her crafts, and enjoyed walking and hiking. Lisa was known as a super mom and nana in her family and they loved her very much.</p> <p>Lisa is survived by Andy Hoffman; her children, Meghan, Tommy, Josh, and Karisa Hoffman; grandchildren, Leyton Hoffman, Brynnlee Hoffman, Malayah Brown, and Legend Brown; mother, Sherry (C.J.) Schleicher; father, Richard (Mary) Swain; sister, Kris (Greg) Pritz; step-sister, Cathy Toland; aunt, Pam (Norman) Cooper; uncle, Roger Morsch; significant other, Paul Tetrault; beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and her fur babies.</p> <p>She is preceded in death by her daughter, Elizabeth Hoffman; maternal grandparents, Nan and Pop Morsch; paternal grandparents, Jane and Jim Swain; aunt, Char Morsch; and step-brother, Dennis Schleicher.</p> <p>Any memorials can be made under Lisa&rsquo;s name to the RSDSA Organization, towards improving the life of those with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Donations may be mailed to RSDSA PO Box 502, Milford, CT 06460 or given at the following website: https://rsds.org/donate/</p> <p>Family will be receiving guests on Monday, December 6, 2021 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway Ave, Montgomery, IL 60538. A funeral service will take place the following day, Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 10:00 AM also at Dieterle Memorial Home. Interment will follow at River Hills Memorial Park in Batavia, IL.</p>
