Rene Torres, 59, of Aurora IL passed away on November 27th, 2021. He was born on July 21, 1962 the son of Lupe and Antonio Torres. Rene was a man of many talents. He loved playing his bass and bowling with his brothers, grilling outside and enjoying his time with his friends and family. He always had a smile on his face and loved to have a good time. Rene loved rocking out on stage and playing music with his bandmates. He made many lifelong friends on his many journeys throughout the years. He was a great friend to many and will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

Rene is survived by his son, Kristopher (Andrea) Torres; daughters, Karina Reyes and Janet Reyes; brothers, Cesar (Sylvia) Torres, Adam (Eva) Torres; sister, Marie (Pedro) Mungia; beloved grandchildren, Kristian, Giselle, Laura and Angel; nephews, Anthony Torres, Abraham (Leslie) Estremera, Adam Torres Jr, Daniel Mungia, and Alex Estremera; nieces, Jasmine (Kevin) Donley, Desiree (James) Krist, Rosie Mungia, and Anissa Estremera.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Lupe and Antonio; and brother, Alex Torres.
