Robert “Bob” William Thompson, of Wixom, MI, passed away peacefully on November 29th, 2021. He was 86 years old. Son of the late David and Marion Thompson, Robert is survived by his wife of 65 years, Mary Lou Thompson; children, Linda Marie Halseth, Lawrence Scott Thompson, William Bradley Thompson, and Christopher (Gina) Quinn Thompson; grandchildren, Anna (Dustin), Daniel, Benjamin, Robert, Emily, Sean (Ashley), Lindsey (Jacob) Lauren (Brandon), Dillon (Gabrielle), and Brooke; great grandchildren, Molly, Callaway, Bradley, Elin, Liam, Evelyn, Addilyn, Olivia, Lillian, and 3 on the way; sisters, Sylvia Martin and Dory Lamont; sister-in-law Barbara Thompson; also many extended family and dear friends. Bob is preceded in death by his son, Gregory Michael Thompson; grandson, Cliff Halseth; siblings, David and Marilyn Thompson A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary Our Lady of the Snows,1955 E Commerce St., Milford, MI 48381 on Saturday, December 11th, at 11AM.
