Judy Skoutelas
Judy Skoutelas, age 81 of Bath passed away Saturday, November 27th at her daughter’s residence in Nazareth. Judy was born in East Stroudsburg on August 14, 1940, daughter of the late Thomas and Harriet (Eschenbach) Coleman. She had worked as a waitress at the Holiday Inn in Bethlehem for many years. We have been blessed with the presence of Judy in our lives. She will be deeply missed by her daughter: Michelle Engleby of Nazareth, her sons: Stephen Skoutelas of Allentown, Thomas Skoutelas of Kempton and George Skoutelas of Allentown. She was the loving grandmother to her 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She is also survived by four siblings: Lois Dailey, Mary Lou Dougherty, Connie Remaley and Charles Coleman. No services are scheduled at this time. Interment is private and at the convenience of the family.
