Edna Lue Justus

Edna Lue Justus, age 63 of Hurley, Virginia passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021, at the Clinch Valley Medical Center, Richlands, Virginia following a brief illness. Born September 9, 1958, at Mullins, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Wayne Justus and Pearl Blankenship Justus. She was the office manager for the Big Sandy Soil and Water Conservation District. She served as a member of the Buchanan County Liter Board. Edna was a counselor for 4-H, and she loved going to camp and working with the kids. She was also an active member of her community, working on several community projects. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Aulda, Paul, James, Tommy, and Johnny Justus. SURVIVORS INCLUDE: Brothers and Sisters Alice Faye Kinder and husband Jackie of Wytheville, Virginia Terry Justus and wife Virginia of Richlands, Virginia Sherry Malone of Charlotte, North Carolina Betty Jo Justus of San Antonio, Texas Shirley Elswick and husband Mike of Harman, Virginia Sister-In-Law Joann Lee of East Liberty, Ohio Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews She is also survived by special friends, Richard Lee and Kay Stiltner. Funeral services for Edna Lue Justus will be held on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, 7:00 P.M. at the Virginia Funeral Home Chapel, Grundy, Virginia with Dr. Shea Shrader officiating. Burial will be in the Wylie Justus Cemetery, Mountain Laurel Road, Hurley, Virginia. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening, November 30, 2021, 6:00 P.M. at the Virginia Funeral Home prior to the funeral service at 7:00 P.M.
