Mark William Albrecht, 69, of Ripley passed away Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown. Mark was born August 9, 1952 in Fon Du Lac, Wisconsin a son of the late William and Irma Eckman Albrecht. He enjoyed riding his Harley, working on digital art and design on his computer and fishing. He also enjoyed watching movies with some of favorites being Star Wars and Star Trek. Most of all Mark will be remembered as a jokester who loved seeing people smile and loved spending time with his grandkids. He is survived by children Dusty Albrecht and Daya Shamblin (Josh); brother Glenn Albrecht and his children Steph and Jeremy; sister Linda Zeiske and her children April and Jolie; grandchildren Yahuana, Malyki, Trenitie, Landon, Allen and Caydence. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Arlene Haase. Mark will be cremated with no further services scheduled at this time.
