Hae Jong Lee, 84 years of age, passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Jefferson Hospital in the company of his family. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Moon Ja Lee. Father of Lynn Jee Hee (David Thompson), Lisa Yang Hee (Charles Pak), Tom Bum Joon (Ji-Young Ahn), and Linda Yun Joo Lee. Grandfather of Todd, Melissa, Megan, Tyler, Jason, Elizabeth, Christian, Xavier, Alexandria, and Michael. Great Grandfather of Anabelle and Leo. Hae Jong was born on March 25, 1937 in Seoul, South Korea and he was the youngest of five children. He served in the Korean Military Advisory Group as a Sergeant First Class and was later promoted to Master Sergeant. He married Moon Ja Chang and had four children before immigrating his immediate family to the U.S. in 1979 for a better life and initially settled in Pennsylvania, then moved to Washington, followed by Texas, and finally settled back in Pennsylvania. He loved working in the church, serving as parishioner in many churches he was affiliated with, cherished praising the Lord, enjoyed reading the bible, praying for and with others. He loved spending time with the family, he was a hard worker, devoted husband, dedicated father, caring grandfather, passion tending to his garden, he was a renaissance man being able to fix anything, he enjoyed calligraphy, fishing, exercising, antique sales, and he cherished his time with the family especially during the holidays. In addition to his wife, Hae Jong is survived by his children; eldest daughter Lynn Jee Hee married to Dave Thompson, his second daughter Lisa Yang Hee married to Charles Pak, his only son Tom Bum Joon married to Ji-Young Ahn and his youngest daughter Linda Yun-Joo, along with ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He is surrounded by loves ones who will cherish his memories and continue to honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest. He will be greatly missed. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 1PM at Bradley Funeral Home, 601 Route 73 South at Evesham Road, Marlton, New Jersey 08053.
