<p>Beverley J. &ldquo;Bev&rdquo; Blue, 76, of Columbia City, IN (formerly of Leesburg, IN) passed away at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, November 26, 2021 at University Park Healthcare in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born on July 26, 1945 in Lincoln, IL to Daniel Earl &amp; Doris Jean (Hall) Hobbs.</p> <p>She graduated from Lincoln Community High School in Lincoln, IL and attended Decatur School of Practical Nursing. She moved to Leesburg / North Webster area in October 1964 from Lincoln, IL and was married on May 1, 1982 in North Webster, IN Robert Lewis &ldquo;Bob&rdquo; Blue who preceded her on July 14, 2005. She was a homemaker, former dispatcher for the North Webster Police Department &amp; Kosciusko County Sheriff&rsquo;s Department, and was a volunteer E.M.T. for North Webster &amp; Multi Township E.M.S.</p> <p>She formerly attended the North Webster Church of God, Calvary Baptist Church of Oswego, Warsaw Christian Church, and Abundant Life Church in Fort Wayne.</p> <p>She is survived by:</p> <p>3 Daughters- Melissa Blue of Winona Lake, Barb (Steve) Tethrake of Warsaw, and Rachael (Ken Wright) Blue of Syracuse</p> <p>9 Grand &amp; 6 Gt. Grandchildren</p> <p>Special Grandson - Braden Bolin&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister-DonEtta Jean Riddle, and brother &ndash; Gene Hobbs.</p> <p>Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN. Visitation will be from 3:00 &ndash; 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 &amp; CR 500N, North Webster, IN. Memorial services will follow at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday in the funeral home with Pastor Dennis Judy officiating. Family requests you wear red if possible for services. Burial will take place in the Oswego Cemetery.</p> <p>Preferred memorials may be given to the Beverley Blue Funeral Fund, c/o Owen Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 72, North Webster, IN 46555. Masks and social distancing is encouraged.&nbsp;</p>
