Elizabeth E. "Liz" Endlich
Elizabeth E. “Liz” Endlich, 88, of Taneytown, passed away on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at BridgingLife Dove House. Born September 19, 1933, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Roland Wilbur Fisher, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth (Gray) Fisher. She was the loving wife of the late Bernard Louis Endlich, who predeceased her on April 23, 2004. Liz was a graduate of Forest Park High School and worked as a Buyer in the Book Department of Hutzler’s Department Store. Later, she worked as a substitute teacher and volunteer for Carroll County Schools. She was a parishioner at St. John Roman Catholic Church and she enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. She was also an avid reader and was a big fan of the Ravens and Orioles. Surviving are daughter Mary Beth Kepler and husband Joseph C. Poindexter of Westminster; son Michael J. Endlich of Littlestown, PA; brother Roland W. Fisher, Jr. of Littlestown; grandchildren Emily, Mitchell, and Hannah Kepler, Abbie Young and her husband Patrick, and Joey and Benjamin Poindexter; great-grandson Trent Clements and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Liz was predeceased by son-in-law Michael J. Kepler and grandson Brian Troy Clements. A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021, from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster where a Christian wake service will be held in the evening. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 3rd at 11:00am at St. John Roman Catholic Church, Westminster. Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Park. If desired, memorial contributions may be made, in Liz’s name, to St. John Roman Catholic Church, 43 Monroe St., Westminster, MD 21157.September 19, 1933 - November 24, 202109/19/193311/24/2021
