<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Age 76, of Mount Lebanon, peacefully surrounded by loved ones, on Thursday, November 25, 2021. Born and raised in Pleasant Hills a daughter of the late Joseph and Mildred (Gallagher) Barry; treasured cousin of Robert (Lois) Gallagher among others; beloved Godmother of Kyla Colcombe; also survived by many dear friends. &nbsp;Joan received her undergraduate degree from Duquesne University then went on to earn her MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. She had retired from the PA Department of Labor as managing supervisor of several Western Pennsylvania Unemployment Offices. Joan was an avid traveler, a deeply devout Catholic and an active member of the Mt. Lebanon Council of Republican Women. Friends will be welcomed at Laughlin Cremation &amp; Funeral Tributes, 222 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon on Monday morning from 9:00 until we leave for Mass of Christian Burial in Saint Bernard Church (St. Michael the Archangel Parish) at 10 o&rsquo;clock. Interment in Jefferson Memorial Park.
