Tuesday, November 23, 2021 in Kokomo, Indiana.</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size:16px;">He was born on August 2, 1992 in Carbondale, Illinois, the son of Richard Allen Briscoe and Donna Marie (Malinski) Furlow.</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size:16px;">He had worked for an Oil Company in Southern Illinois. He enjoyed motorsports especially four wheeling on all- terrain vehicles.</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size:16px;">Survivors include his parents, Richard Allen (Patricia Thomas) Briscoe, Kokomo, Indiana, Donna Marie (Wayman) Furlow, Benton, Illinois, sister, Amy Lynn Briscoe, Chandler, Indiana, brother, David Allen Briscoe, Henderson, Kentucky, several aunts, uncles, and cousins survive.
