<p>Bobby Lee Felton, 81, of Byesville, passed away Tuesday (November 23, 2021) at his home.</p> <p>He was born March 15, 1940 in Lore City, son of the late John and Mildred (Johnson) Felton.</p> <p>Mr. Felton served in the U.S. and retired after proudly serving 25 years. The last five years of his service he was a Navy recruiter in Prescott, AZ. &nbsp;He was a life member and past commander at Buffalo VFW #8040, the American Legion #116 and a member of the Guernsey County Honor Guard, and a former member of the Moose Lodge #631.&nbsp; Bob was an avid hunter and trapper, he loved mushroom hunting, making turtle soup, and horseradish.&nbsp; He was also a coin and gun collector, and melted silver and gold to make jewelry.</p> <p>In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother John &ldquo;Sonny&rdquo; Felton and three sisters, Marybell George, Irene Phiel and Juanita Miller.</p> <p>He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Juanita (Newbury ) Felton whom he married September 17, 1957; three daughters, Cindy Felton of Springfield, Oregon, Darlene (Tom) Aleckson of Isanti, MN and Janice (Jim) Fischer of Broomfield, CO; one brother Jack Felton of Lore City; one sister Vivian Shepherd of Cincinnati; five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.</p> <p>Memorial visitation will be held Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home in Byesville, with the Guernsey County Veterans Council providing military services following the visitation.</p> <p>Personal condolences may be sent to the family at www.black-eppersonfuneralhomes.com</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Bobby Lee Felton, 81, of Byesville, passed away Tuesday (November 23, 2021) at his home.
