Webster Plantation – Wilma E. Perkins, 96, wife of the late Warren Perkins, passed away Monday, November 22, 2021 in the presence of family. She was born November 20, 1925 in Athens, the daughter of Luis and Lula Brown. She is survived by a son, a daughter, three grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Private services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Lamson Funeral Home, Clay Chapel, Lincoln.
