Graveside service 11 am Wednesday, December 1, Greenwood Cemetery, 6231 W 47th St. S. Mark is preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert Francis and Barbara Jean (Rossman) Ballinger. Survivors include his wife, Teresa; daughter, Kelley DeCesaro (John); brother, Christopher Ballinger (Debbie); sister, Alane Edwards (Greg); grandchildren, Stella DeCesaro and Nolan DeCesaro.
