James Arthur Dollen, 72, of Alkol, WV, departed this life on November 21, 2021, at Stonerise Nursing Home.

He was born April 6, 1949 in Hamlin, WV, the son of the late Elihue and Luera Dollen.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Cornell O'Dell, Ann Cummings, Gladys Adkins, Ermal Bragg, and Linnie Dollen; brothers, Jessie Dollen and Jerry Miller.

Those left to cherish his memory include sisters, Shelba Bias, Pearl Adkins and Marie Atkins and brothers, Russell (Priscilla) Dollen and E.J. (Rosetta) Dollen.
