Cole Bergen Kmiecik 1991 - 2021.

It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beautiful son Cole. He was the loving son to Donna and Todd. Brother to Kirk and grandson to Janice Kopinak and the late Bette and Jim Mundy. His memory will also be cherished by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

As a child Cole was inquisitive and precocious, constantly surprising us. Playing minor sports in Guelph, team mates and opponents alike would characterize him as a bit of a loose cannon. But he would always come to your defense, even though he was usually the smallest player. He became a man that was gregarious, funny, easy going and had steadfast loyalty to his family and friends.

Part of that family was the 11th Field Artillery Regiment. Master Corporal (reserves retired) Cole Kmiecik grew up in an environment that taught discipline and unwavering support for your colleagues and friends. He also joined a car club, where he loved racing ( closed circuit ) and tuning his Scion FRS . Most recently he had joined the Enbridge family, a job that he fully enjoyed. He was a cat lover, followed the Jets and was trying to improve his golf game.

We would like to invite his family and friends to a Celebration of Life on Sunday November 28 from 1 pm to 4 pm at Jesse’s on the Green, Guelph Country Club. Regular Covid protocols in effect. Please bring and share your memories of Cole.

Cole had most recently been involved in taking donations for Movember. Anyone wishing to donate, please follow the link. https://movember.com/m/14676588?mc=1 .
