Richard Franklin Finley, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on November 18, 2021. He was 64. Mr. Finley was born in Havre de Grace, MD, to the late William Franklin Finley and Blanche Helen Blevins Finley. He was the devoted husband of 40 years to Linda Jean Finley, loving father of Jeremiah Michael Finley (Heather Klotz), and grandfather of Cameron Michael Finley, Mariah Corrine Finley, Ciara Jean Finley, Isabella Victoria Klotz, Anthony Allen Angelucci, and great-grandfather of Lillyan Delgado Curry, and Joey Levi Curry, Jr. Mr. Finley was the brother of Sandy Finley and the late Billy Dean Finley and William Stephen Finley. Mr. Finley loved music, especially playing guitar. He worked as a professional musician and painter. He enjoyed nature and hiking, carving and wood-working, and reading and drinking his coffee. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, from 6-8 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. A Memorial service will begin at 8:00 PM.
