Cecelia was born in New Britain, CT and was the daughter of the late Jozef and Mary (Bandurska) Kowalczyk. She lived in New Britain her entire life. Cecelia was a member of Holy Cross Church. Cecelia was predeceased by her sisters Ann Lazicki, Anges Simcik, Mary Simcik and her brother Joseph Kowalczyk. The family wants to thank the Jerome Home for their outstanding and compassionate care they provided to Cecelia. A memorial service will be held at a future date. There are no calling hours.
