James Ray Estill

James R. Estill, age 81, of Crystal, passed away at his home on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, under the loving care of his family and McLaren Hospice. First and foremost, Jim was a loving husband and wonderful father. He had the ability and ingenuity to design anything and everything. Jim was an award-winning salesman for an international company and had the opportunity to travel the world working for them. Jim also founded and operated his own company, Accessories & Specialties, a business he ran for 28 years. When he wasn’t working, Jim enjoyed golfing, playing bingo, and singing karaoke. He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Surviving Jim is his wife of 60 years, Jill; daughters, Shannon Glaser of Crystal and Amanda (Steven Osbun Jr.) Estill of Greenville; son, Kevin (Carmen) Estill of Olivet; grandchildren, Zach, Liberty, Shea, and Amberleigh; great grandchildren, Ransome and Quinn; brother, Ron (Paula) Estill of Six Lakes; niece, Kristen (Mike) Lindsey of Lakeview and his beloved dog, Sophie. Jim was preceded in death parents, Raymond & Lorene (Gaukel) Estill. A celebration of Jim’s life is being planned for a later date.
