Mary Hendrix., age 82 of Doniphan, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at The Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. She was born on March 18, 1939, in Chicago, Illinois, daughter of Sophia Russell. She and Charles Hendrix were united in marriage on March 14, 1992. Survivors include her husband Charles of Doniphan, Missouri, children Linda (Gary) Long of Fairdealing, Missouri, Velva (Terry) Vinson of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Kay (Burley) Sanford of Doniphan, Missouri, brother Harry Russell of Malden, Missouri, nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Jamie Sommers and sister Kay Rose. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill was in charge of arrangements.
