Rodney McKay of Dequeen, AR passed away Sunday November 14, 2021, at the age of fifty-five. He was born November 20,1966 in Antlers, OK to Floyd and Barbara McKay.

Rodney loved spending time outdoors in nature. He spent time fishing, hiking, and taking long walks. He enjoyed gardening and making things grow. He especially loved his dog Sylow and was a good brother to his siblings. He was employed with Walmart and became acquainted with so many people during that time. He will be dearly missed.

Rodney was preceded in death by his father, Floyd L McKay, his mother Barbara (Anderson) McKay.

He leaves to cherish his memory brothers, Alvin McKay, Allen McKay, and Frank McKay; sisters, Vanessa McKay, and Nedra Alfaro; several nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.

The memorial service for Rodney will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 20,2021 at the United Pentecostal Church in Broken Bow with Bro. Benjamin Pollock officiating.
