Robert “Bob” Hoskins, 70, of Cross Lanes, passed away peacefully in HospiceCare at CAMC Memorial Hospital on Saturday, November 13th.

Robert attended Herbert Hoover High School in Elkview. He worked for many years as owner / manager of McClung & Morgan Hardware and South Charleston Mound Crafts in South Charleston. He enjoyed spending time with family, wood crafting and was an avid WVU sports fan.

Robert was preceded in death by his biological parents, Orpha Casdorph & Bill Hoskins; mother, Goldie Fields; brother, James Fields and sisters Virginia Smith, Birdie Smith, Mable Wyant and Mazie Groves.

He is survived by his daughter April Hawkins (David) of Galloway, OH, grandsons Cole Hoskins & Gabriel Hawkins, sisters – Helen Jones & Carolyn Stancik and many close nieces, nephews & cousins.

Friends & family may call / visit at Hafer Funeral Home in Elkview on Saturday, November 20th from 1-2pm.

Funeral Services will be held at 2pm at Hafer Funeral home with a private graveside service (family only) immediately following at Elk Hills Memorial Gardens in Elkview, WV.
