<p>Lahoma Tennant, 87, of Paden City, WV died Thursday, November 11, 2021 while at Sistersville Center.</p><p><br></p><p>Lahoma was born October 8, 1934 in Spencer, WV, daughter of the late Carl Leon and Eunice Elizabeth (Longfellow) Palmer.</p><p><br></p><p>She was a homemaker, loved to crochet, cook, and take care of her grandbabies and dogs, accumulated a large collection of pig figurines and a member of the Paden City Wesleyan Church.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Junior Tennant; grandson, Thomas E. Tennant, Jr. and two brothers, Dennis “Leon” Palmer and H. Jack Palmer.</p><p><br></p><p>Surviving are her six children, Tom (Mary) Tennant of New Martinsville, WV, Terri (Terry) Cooper of Paden City, WV, Steve (Kathie) Tennant of Warner Robins, GA, Mark (Sue) Tennant, Kimberly (Jim) Drain and Beth Ann (Rick) Sidwell all of Paden City, WV; sister, Linda (Gene) Ankrom of Sistersville, WV; twenty-one grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.</p><p><br></p><p>Friends received 1-4 p.m., Sunday, November 14, 2021 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City where services will be held 11 a.m., Monday, November 15, 2021 with her son, Mark Tennant officiating. Burial to follow in Northview Cemetery in New Martinsville.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Memorial contributions may be made to the Paden City Wesleyan Church, 420 N 4th Ave., Paden City, WV 26159.</p>
