Walker, Michael M.; November 10, 2021; dearest father of Lisa (Jim) Cox and Susan (Blaine) Witt; devoted grandfather to Owen and Todd; he was predeceased by siblings, and survived by his former wife Irene Walker, nieces, nephews and his special companion Marcia Murphy. Michael was past president of Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 77 and the Western District Director of the NYS Council of Vietnam Veterans. Michael dedicated his retirement to the well being and recognition of all veterans. The family will be present Wednesday, November 17th from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the (Amherst Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5200 Sheridan Drive (corner Hopkins Road). Family and friends are invited to celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, November 18th at 11 AM in St. Mary Church, 6919 Transit Rd., Swormville, NY. Please assemble at church. Interment will be held Monday, November 22nd at 11 AM in WNY National Veterans Cemetery,1254 Indian Falls Road, Corfu, NY.
