WALLINGFORD - Frederick A. Bouza Jr, 55, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on November 11th, 2021 at Hartford Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Jodi (Scranton) Bouza. 

Frederick was born in Danbury, CT on October 11, 1966 to the late Lillian (Rickis) Bouza and Frederick Bouza Sr. Besides his wife, he is survived by his son, Jacob Anson Bouza, his stepdaughters Lisa Zona and her husband Michael, Erin Benson, and her husband Alan, his stepson Andrew Tomer and his wife Jennifer and 10 beautiful grandbabies; Peyton, Austin, Landon, Hayley, Owen, Avery, Addie, Rosie, Logan and Nolan. Fred also leaves behind his aunt, Gerrine Gamble of Enfield;  several cousins; his in-laws, Gary & Charlene Scranton of Wallingford; his best friend/second wife Scott Scranton (Brandi) and nieces and nephews. 

Fred was a jack of all trades and could fix anything. He was passionate about decorating for Halloween and Christmas. He enjoyed spending his time outdoors, especially at the lake and in his garden. He loved to sit back and watch his family and friends with a twinkle in his eye and a smile on his face. 

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2021 beginning at 11:00 AM at the B.C. Bailey Funeral Home. 273 S. Elm Street, Wallingford. Interment will follow at In Memoriam Cemetery.
