Annette Marie Jackson

Annette, daughter of the late Harriet Jackson Rodrigue and Manuel Rodrigue, and a resident of Donaldsonville, Louisiana. She accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful and devoted member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. She enjoyed singing in the choir, teaching vacation bible school, praying for others, cooking, spending time with family, working, and assisting others whenever or however possible. Annette leaves to cherish her memories: two daughters who were the loves of her life, DeSheca Jackson of Baker, La, and DeVonta (James) Bailey of Slidell, La, four granddaughters, Madison, Makalah, and Ma’laysha Anderson of Baker, La and Amiyah Bailey of Slidell, La. Annette will be missed by her sisters, Sherry, Juanita, and Hyacinth as well as a hosts of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. A celebration of her life will be held at 11am Saturday, November 20 at Emmanuel Baptist Church - 2129 Hwy 1 S Donaldsonville, La 70346
