Charla Sue Duggins, 63, of Pascagoula, MS, passed away on November 8, 2021. She was born on January 5, 1958, in Laurel, MS, to Charles R. and Vera Sue Moseley. She was married to her husband, David Alan Duggins, for 37 years. Together, they traveled many places all over the world. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, and aunt. She was a proud Ole Miss Rebel Mom and also one of Ole Miss’s Honorary Alumni. She was preceded in death by her mother, Vera Sue Moseley, father-in-law, Charles Kenneth Duggins, and mother-in-law, Clara Audean Duggins. She leaves her husband, David Alan Duggins, of Pascagoula; father, Charles R. Moseley, of Big Point; sisters, Patti Benard (Luther), of Stamping Ground, KY and Kimberly Nelson of Big Point; brother, Tommy Moseley (Abby) of Philadelphia, MS; sister-in-law, Debbie Pauza (Michael), of Naples, FL; nephews and nieces, Joshua Moore (Erin) and Brandon Moore (Holly) both from Frankfort, KY, Jay Moore (Meredith) of Lancaster, KY, Chuck Hudson, Nikki Hudson Emmerson (Jason), and Shelby Nelson of Harleston, MS, Toby Montgomery of Gallipolis, OH, and Jaden Montgomery of Philadelphia, MS; and many great nephews and nieces. She will be sadly missed by all. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 12, 2021, at 2:30 p.m. at Ellisville Cemetery in Ellisville, MS, with Reverend Larry Dishman of Wade, MS, officiating. The family will accept friends 30 minutes prior to the service. Pallbearers will be Robby Nichols, Brad Nichols, Joshua Moore, Brandon Moore, Chuck Hudson, and Jay Moore.
