Lillian Juanita Brower, age 85, of Coffeeville, passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021, at the Oxford Health and Rehab. Funeral services are at 1 p.m., Friday, November 12, 2021 at New Hope Baptist Church near Coffeeville. Burial will follow in New Hope Church Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from noon to 1 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church.
She was born on March 8, 1936 in Yalobusha County and was the daughter of the late Ray Williams and Mildred Summers Williams.
Juanita was a retired dietician and school bus driver. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church near Coffeeville.
Juanita was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George Walton Brower; her son Shelby Brower; her brother, Wayne Barton; and her sister, Louise Vickery.
She is survived by her daughter, Geneva Smith of Hernando; two sisters, Dorothy Golden of Russellville, Arkansas, and Susan Massey of Mountain View, Arkansas; one brother, Terry Barton of Grenada; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
