Beverly "Bev" Richard Irvine

<p>It is with great sadness that the family of Beverly Richard Irvine announce his passing on Sunday November 7th at home at the age of 82. He was born on September 22, 1939 in Flatlands, NB, the youngest son of the late Gordon and Stella (Babcock) Irvine of Campbellton, NB. </p><p><br></p><p>Bev is survived by his wife Dianne; his son, Rick Irvine (Sandra) and their children, Alexandra and Rebekah; his daughter, Susan Dickie (Owen) and her children, Nicholas Baldwin and Geoffrey Baldwin; step-daughters, Kim Pollard (David) and their children Donnell, Meghan, Joshua and Abby; Keri Brideau (Ronald) and their children Cody, Chloe and Caden.</p><p><br></p><p>Bev was the last surviving member of his immediate family and was predeceased by brothers, Alton and Aubrey and by sisters, Edith, Joyce and Mavis and precious grandson, Michael Baldwin.</p><p><br></p><p>Bev loved gardening, carpentry, bingo, travelling, loud jazz music and his pup. He took great pride in mowing the North Cardigan Church Cemetery and his time as Chaplain for the LOL 144 Orange Lodge in Woodland.</p><p>His family wish to thank Dr. Chase, Dr. Luntao, Extra Mural workers and the nurses on 4 North East and 4 South East for their excellent care. </p><p><br></p><p>A big thank you to Brian Davidson, Dave Potter, Nick and Carolyn Baldwin for all their help. A special thank you to our three daughters for everything they have done for us to make our lives easier and all the special visits from our grandchildren in person or facetime. Thank you all. </p><p><br></p><p>There will be graveside service for family and friends at the North Cardigan United Church Cemetery on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Chris Walker officiating. For those who wish, donations may be made to the North Cardigan United Church Cemetery fund would be appreciated by the family.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral arrangements are under the compassionate care of Chipman Funeral Home Ltd. &amp; Crematorium (339-6612).
