Predeceased by his parents Albert Acres and Ruth Wilson. Loving husband of Beverley Hanna-Acres of 54 years. Cherished father of Billy Jr. (Giovanna), Tammy, Tom (Ashley Phair) and Trevor. Proud grandfather of Kyle, Cynthia (Cole), Jordan and Jack; and great-grandfather of Mavrick and Talia. Survived by sisters Lola and Gwen. Predeceased by siblings Verna, Alberta, Enid, Mavis, Myrtle and Borden. Bill will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.</p> <p>A memorial visitation will be held at the Carp Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 115 Rivington St., Carp on Friday, November 12, 2021 from 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 10 a.m.-noon.
