Marcia Lee Hicks

Marcia Lee Maxey Hicks was born March 21, 1956. She joined her beloved husband in heaven on November 4, 2021. Marcia was a loving mom, sister, and devoted pastor’s wife. She loved her family fiercely and loved Jesus with all of her heart and soul! She taught her sons to love and honor God with everything they had! Everyone who knows her will agree she loved God and held firmly to the hope in salvation through Jesus Christ! She would share God’s love with everyone she talked to in one way or another! Marcia was preceded in death by her best friend and husband Bro. Chuck Hicks; her parents Dale and Bobbie Maxey; her father and mother in law Charles and Betty Hicks. She leaves behind her brother Mark Maxey; her two sons: John Mark and Joel Hicks; her daughters in law Melissa and Ilze Hicks; her granddaughter Hadlee Hicks. Marcie was a proud Baylor Graduate...Sic’em Bears! Funeral services will be held 10:00 am Monday November 8, 2021 at Crossings Church in Gore, OK with Dr. Brandon King officiating. Interment will follow at Vaught Cemetery in Webbers Falls under the care and direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Service. Viewing will be Sunday from 1:00 to 8:00 pm at the Agent Millsap Event Center in Gore.
