Jay Duane Taylor, 47 of Wellsburg, WV passed away November 3, 2021, in Wheeling, WV, after a long battle with COVID-19. Jay was born March 1, 1974, to Rhonda Miller Taylor. He was a plumber for Cipoletti’s plumbing, and an Army veteran serving in Desert Storm. He is preceded in death by his stepfather Floyd Eugene Taylor Sr. He is survived by his wife Michaela Sims Taylor, many fur babies who he loved dearly, two brothers, Rodney Taylor, and Floyd Taylor Jr. (Eliza), and one sister Nancy Kelly and Colin” Pete”, all of Wellsburg, WV Several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. There will be no visitation, a memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Reasner Funeral Home C/O Jay Taylor memorial fund P.O.
